Once logged in to our secure service, the session is protected by the highest-level browser-based 128-bit encryption algorithm (or more), using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), digital certificates issued.
All information and file transfers in our online service pass through a minimum of 128-bit encryption ensuring secure file delivery. Voice and transcribed documents are stored on fault tolerant servers with RAID- managed in a state-of-the-art data center. The data center is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year using the latest internal and external systems.
The data center is environmentally controlled and employs a fire suppression system, power redundancy, virus protection, enterprise-level firewalls, and a fortress-like construction consisting of 12-18 inch thick concrete walls. Encryption technologies, drive fault tolerance, and data center integrity provide better than required security and HIPAA compliance that is needed for medical records
